My story
Why I'm Teaching This
I wasn't born magnetic. I was the shy one. I spent years doing solid work quietly, convinced that if I was good enough, someone would eventually notice. Nobody did.
These aren't personality traits. They're patterns, and patterns can change. Ten years of breathwork, improv, stand-up comedy, and workshops with up to 150 people taught me the difference between waiting to be seen and actually building the character that gets you seen.
That's exactly what this challenge teaches. Whether it's a room full of strangers, a hard conversation you've been avoiding, or the moment you finally say no, it's the same foundational work. Learn it once, and you carry it into every room for the rest of your life.
